Often times we overlook what’s our body is trying to tell us, what our heart is trying to whisper and what our mind is trying to lecture. We forget that it needs also attention; because you’re too busy living and surviving you neglect to check your body’s condition. We put aside simple warning that our body is showing and continue moving forward. We thought it’s not a serious matter because you still feel okay and can endure still the pain. Without noticing since we are already used to soreness we think it’s normal and it will vanish in few days.
Waiting for too long in listening on our mind annoying appeal on behalf of your body can put you in difficult situation. Prolonging your action on each appeal won’t do any good on your health. Your body’s sign might be put you in risk.
You act like all is okay but deep inside your body some parts are having some strike. If your body is complaining it’s an advice that you have to take some action. It’s better to cut little of your savings for your medical than be broke when all become complicated. Give yourself a time, have a moment with yourself to listen on what your body is trying to convey. It’s like road signal, when it shows red sign you need to stop and have a break, take a rest don’t take a risk and push yourself to move forward; you might fall in the middle of your journey. When its show orange sign then you have to take it slow, don’t be in a rush; take it easy everything will go smoothly. And when the green light prompt don’t go in full blast; its indication is to move with caution. Thus you need to utilize your energy with care, don’t overreact and uncontrollably maximize it.
