Just feel it!

Allow yourself to feel, no matter how intense or over emotional you tend to think you are being- allow yourself to grow through the motions of frustration, embarrassment, yearning, disappointment, loss, anger, and most of all happiness. Soak up every bit into your being.
It’s when you deny¬†or try to dodge your feelings and emotions that you end up reacting negatively to any of your uncomfortable feelings, and you aren’t able to fully experience the best ones.
